Dedicated Staff - 1 server for every 30 people

For Parties over 200, we rent out both the sports room and the Biergarten for a discount. We will make sure you have dedicated resources that are there to enrich your experience and help cater to your parties needs during your special event; regardless of which space you rent. The cost is about 20% greater than a normal reservation for a large table. Starting at $30 a person

Food Options for Events and Catering

Family Style

Family-Style is the most economical choice for your party. Various Schnitzel and sausages to choose from with German Fried potatoes, Sauerkraut and Cabbage in massive quantities.

Rough Idea for costs

Mon-Thursday - $500 plus food/beverage and 20% gratuity. 3 hour blocks.
Friday -Sunday - Require a quote. Range between $500- $2000.
Starting at $25 a person; avg $35

Can't decide?

We know, we have some amazing food and it's hard for us to decide as well. Simply just reserve your table and put a deposit down for parties over 30.

A $500 gift-card is used as a deposit for parties over 30 people.

What is the Food/Beverage budget when Renting out a space?

We are closed to the public Monday through Thursday and offer private space rentals for 3 hour blocks starting at $500; does NOT require food or beverage be purchased. For Buffet style events, we require a minimum of $1000 and for events that needs bar and food service we require a $2000 minimum.

What if I don't want Food during my event?

No need to order food or drink. The price for renting doesn't require a food budget. We can offer food or drink tickets to help manage both during your party.

Can I have Live music for my event?

Yes, Edelweiss Biergarten has many musicians we work with and with proper timing we can book your favorite artist. If you don't have a favorite, let us know what style of music you desire. We got you covered!

What is the biggest Party you can Host?

Our restaurant can sit 299 people! For an event this size please give us at least two weeks notice. The more notice the more likely hood we can accommodate your requests.

Can you Cater offsite events?

Yes! We can also offer music for your event as well. Please let us know what you need or desire.
