Better than Oma

Food is very good, you can’t go wrong. I spent quite a bit of time in Germany from the early 90’s to mid 2000’s and loved German food. This is as close to true German food in Germany as I’ve found here in the valley.

Went there for the first time today .Food was delicious. And the service was quick and awesome.Will definitely go there again and will share with my friends to go there too

The finest German cuisine I’ve tasted in the last 31 years . The red cabbage reminds me of my German grandma’s.

We just had a delicious dinner at the Edelweiss restaurant and it was simply awesome!! The Kasespatzle with Brat is to die for and I’m born in Germany and know a good German food when I taste it! Also our waiter was very attentive and delivered our food hot and yummy! This isn’t a fast food restaurant, it takes time to prepare good food, especially German food! Of course the Bier selection is superb with great German beers on tap. Another wonderful feature about the Edelweiss is the warm and inviting Biergarten in the back area with the sound of folksmusic playing in the background. We all love this place!!! PROSIT!!

Wow! Best German food since being in Germany, or from our family in a heavily German area in Illinois. Diverse menu. Red cabbage some of the best anywhere. Plenty of food to take some home.
